The FCM Bank Ripple Effect Employee Initiative

No matter how small or large, collective donations can create a big change and help to ameliorate lives within our local communities.

As part of our annual 2024 “giving back “ campaign, our employees wanted to give something back to our communities.  The employees created a poll, wherein they all voted for their preferred cause, this time we supported victims of domestic violence.  Collectively we pooled in to raise funds for Dar Merhba Bik Foundation.  https://www.stopviolence.gov.mt/the-good-shepherd-sisters/

Dar Merhba Bik provides a safe, secure, and therapeutic emergency accommodation whilst working with women along with their children who have been victims of violence, suffering gender-based violence, and/or have been experiencing Domestic Violence,  to help them establish a way of life that best meets their needs and allows them to develop their potential.

FCM Bank commended all the employees' efforts and doubled the amount raised.  We thank all our employees for their generous voluntary donations and look forward to the next preferred cause and donations.
